In my recent trip out to Atlanta I found myself wondering if the captain of my plane was Captain Dave of Flight Level 390. I happened to chance upon his blog when looking for some information on clear air turbulence. He is a good writer, and based on his blog an able pilot as well. His musings while 'on the road' somehow bring back the glamor and excitement to what many have taken for granted and quite a few have come to despise (i.e., the security, long lines, bad food etc).
